Get Involved
Training Available!
This project encourages seniors to contribute skills, experience and wisdom in support of leaving a historical legacy for the community and also provides ways for on-going involvement of seniors in our community. The Virtual Quilt web site has been available since early January 2009.

Mentoring & Intergenerational Learning
Our goal is to create this virtual legacy and in the process learn from our seniors’ experience, as we build this website. Seniors will share their wisdom with the community in a series of intergenerational programs and seniors will learn the latest methods of communication with workshops on “blogging” and “web- building” while students will learn about our community from our seniors.
